About

Adrenaline Dance Company offers dance classes for children aged 2–11 in a fun, safe and supportive environment. Our weekly classes include Ballet, Acro, Lyrical, Stretch & Conditioning and Jazz/Commercial.

We follow recognised syllabi — RAD for ballet, Acrobatic Arts for acro and TDSC for jazz — with optional examinations for skill progression. Our pre-school programmes, Baby Ballerinas and Tumble Bugs, introduce children aged 2–4 to dance and acrobatics.

Coming soon

We are expanding to senior classes (12–17) and adult classes, with RAD ballet up to Advanced 2, Acrobatic Arts up to Pre-Professional 3 and TDSC up to advanced grades. We also run workshops throughout the year and a 4-day summer camp for ages 5–17.
